LAHORE: Pakistan’s first music and violin academy inaugurated by famous violinist Nawaz Muhammad Iliyas Khan. The Head of NCA Sarmat Ali and Head Music Society, GCU Tariq Firani was also present at the moment. The inauguration ceremony held at Sadiq Trade Centre. The academy will offer courses in both European and Asian music notation while singing classes with notations would also be offered by the institution. Ghulam Ali Lahoti is the chairman of the academy who will also teach and provide guideline to the music students. It is pertinent to mention that Ali is a gold medalist in violin art.
